In collaboration with Zentek, Beyonder developed and designed empto: the marketplace for waste and disposal. empto empowers businesses of all sizes to organize their waste management processes—simple, transparent, and legally compliant. The process couldn’t be easier: as a waste producer, you describe the service you need in just a few words. Then, you’ll receive offers from multiple disposal providers, allowing you to choose the one that fits best. After each completed job, both companies can rate each other, ensuring trust and quality.
The mission
With empto, small to medium-sized waste producers and disposal companies gain access to a platform that simplifies administrative processes and takes on financial risks for both parties.
Our client’s vision was clear: the three core principles of empto - comparability, transparent processes, and legal compliance - needed to be seamlessly integrated into the web application.

The solution
A web-based marketplace has been created where producers and waste disposal companies come together to independently create orders and submit offers. Features such as an automated bidding function for offers or the specification of arrival times for orders enhance the transparency and user-friendliness of the B2B web application.
The application is designed to be open and is also available to third-party software providers and startups for further development of their services. With the platform, Zentek has bridged the gap between the already active online shops for private customers and the waste disposal service providers for corporate clients.
